The dude's forearms are a little short and his shoulders could be slightly wider. Maybe a linger torso too.
I like the Kimber a lot.
Disease's character design is awesome! The pose is very static but, that's fine for a character design. Let me know more about this character.
Mermaid is looking good.

thanks for the crit. For me it takes a lot of drawing the same thing for it too actually start to feel like it moves, I've been working on them alot and trying to get them more lively-like. (the one posted was the first)As for the rest, I'm totaly gonna work on it, hands etc...lol, funny thing about hands is I get that crit every time I show my portfolio.
